- Eat less
- Exercise 3-4 times a week
- Be sure to eat at least one healthy meal every day
- Spend less on food (eat out less)
- Practice guitar more regularly (weekends included)
- Bend to the whims of my spouse more often
- Go out of my way to befriend music department fags
